Financial report and new international prospects

At a meeting with members, COOAAFRO-RO’s board presented its financial accounts for the period and reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and the cooperative’s continued growth.

A key highlight was the presentation of results from a technical mission to the Democratic Republic of Congo, which revealed strong potential for exporting Brazilian beef and other agricultural products. The meeting included Renato, co-owner of the Frigomil meatpacking plant, to discuss processing partnerships and new export routes to the Congolese market — another front in the cooperative’s internationalization and innovation strategy.

Far beyond supplying inputs

COOAAFRO-RO goes far beyond supplying inputs: we offer technical and management services that generate direct results on the member’s property.

That includes technical assistance in herd nutrition and management, crop planning for corn and coffee, soil analysis, cost control, guidance on accessing rural credit, field days, training sessions and support for collective sales — all aimed at generating more results on every member’s farm.

Our Products

COOAAFRO-RO sells and distributes selected agricultural inputs and products suited to Rondônia’s production reality, focused on efficiency, quality and competitive cost for members — from animal supplementation and herd health to fertilizers, crop protection products and seeds.

Beyond supplying inputs, we also handle the selling side: collective cattle sales to partner meatpackers, corn trading, and coffee processing, grading and sales to roasters and exporters. Talk to our technical-commercial team for availability and special terms for members.

Industries and strategic partners

COOAAFRO-RO’s strength also lies in the partnerships that support the entire production chain: meatpacking plants, supplement manufacturers, veterinary labs and genetics centers for livestock; trading companies, coffee exporters, fertilizer distributors and equipment suppliers for crops.

These partnerships secure price negotiation, logistics and storage for members. Among the most recent initiatives is international cooperation with the Democratic Republic of Congo, through IMC Brasil-África, for technology transfer in cattle ranching, poultry, swine production and grain farming.

Tradition that breeds, rears and fattens

Our foundation is the complete beef cattle cycle — breeding, rearing and fattening — backed by technical work in animal nutrition, pasture management and production management.

Cooperativism isn’t just how we work — it’s our conviction. Decades of tradition in the field, combined with a cooperation that transforms, sustain the growth of every property in the COOAAFRO-RO family.

From field to field. Cooperativism with technique, tradition and vision.

Founded on June 30, 2022, in Alta Floresta d’Oeste — RO, we bring together 36 rural producers with over 30 years of experience in regional livestock farming. Producers who helped build this land’s agribusiness and decided to take the next step: growing together.

Cooperativism isn’t just how we work. It’s our conviction. Through it, we cut costs, expand access to technology and strengthen sales — positioning every member strategically within the production chains. We are tradition with a vision for the future.
