A Kinshasa, IMC et COOAAFRO-RO ont échangé avec les responsables de Betina Services, entreprise congolaise
Au cours d’une réunion lundi 25 mai 2026, International Management Consulting (IMC) et Cooperativa de agronegocio de alta floresta e regiao de Rondonia (COOAAFRO-RO) ont rencontré les responsables de l’entreprise congolaise Betina Services à Kinshasa.
Ce groupe d’entreprises envisage d’investir en République démocratique du Congo dans plusieurs domaines notamment l’agriculture, la desserte en eau potable, l’électricité, l’assainissement, les infrastructures routières, l’agro-alimentaire ainsi que l’éducation.
Cette intention d’investir est la conséquence des études de terrain réalisées par la firme International Management Consulting (IMC) dans des provinces de la RDC depuis quelques années. Cette firme a compris les maux qui rongent la population congolaise et a proposé des solutions d’investissements à ses entreprises partenaires afin de venir en RDC afin de passer à l’action.
Présidée par Monsieur Théo Mbiye, CEO de Betina Services, cette réunion a été un moment exceptionnel avec les interventions de Mme Maria Beatriz Barbosa Borges, PDG de IMC, Zareli Alexsandro Aparecido, président de COOAAFRO-RO, Patrick Tshiswaka Mbaya, Directeur général de IMC, Marcus Vinicius Ricci Lamounier, avocat conseil de COOAAFRO-RO et Fabio Luchtemberg, ingénieur agronome de COOAAFRO-RO. « Nous sommes très satisfait pour cette accueil qui marque une nouvelle ère pour la République démocratique du Congo mais aussi et surtout pour nos entreprises qui vont désormais collaborer ensemble pour le développement de ce pays dans les domaines comme l’agro-alimentaire, l’éducation, l’assainissement et tant d’autres. Cette rencontre est une opportunité pour essayer de changer la donne dans notre pays. Nous sommes content parce que nous sommes entre les bonnes mains et ce partenariat ira très loin pour booster les choses autrement », a dit P. Tshiswaka.
Pendant son intervention, Zareli Alexsandro Aparecido a insisté qu’il y a possibilité de dupliquer le modèle brésilien en RDC. « Comme les deux pays ont presque les mêmes climats, ce qui est faisable au Brésil, l’est aussi en RD Congo. C’est pourquoi, ke crois fermement qu’avec la volonté et un peu de moyens, nous allons contribuer à la transformation de ce pays avec la collaboration de Betina. Des transferts de technologie seront effectués) travers les différentes formations interdisciplinaires qui seront organisés notamment en faveur des jeunes », a-t-il indiqué pendant la réunion. Il a aussi démontré qu’il est possible de faire beaucoup d’argent à Kinshasa avec l’assainissement de la ville et le recyclage des déchets avec une démonstration technique en chiffres.
Remerciant la délégation Brésilienne à Kinshasa, le Directeur général de Betina Services, Théo Mbiye a rappelé que l’heure n’est plus aux discours. Il faut donc passer à la vitesse supérieure pour palper du doigt le changement des choses à travers ces différents projets qui doivent être réalisé dans quelques mois. « Ceci n’est qu’une première réunion, je reste convaincu que nous allons cheminer ensemble et que des bonnes choses sont devant nous », a-t-il conclu après avoir reçu quelques insignes, symboles du partenariat entre ces trois firmes.

Durante uma reunião realizada na segunda-feira, 25 de maio de 2026, a International Management Consulting (IMC) e a Cooperativa de Agronegócio de Alta Floresta e Região de Rondônia (COOAAFRO-RO) se reuniram com os responsáveis da empresa congolesa Betina Services, em Kinshasa.
Esse grupo de empresas pretende investir na República Democrática do Congo em diversos setores, especialmente agricultura, abastecimento de água potável, energia elétrica, saneamento, infraestrutura rodoviária, agroindústria e educação.
Essa intenção de investimento é consequência dos estudos de campo realizados pela empresa International Management Consulting (IMC) em províncias da RDC ao longo dos últimos anos. A empresa compreendeu os problemas que afetam a população congolesa e propôs soluções de investimento às suas empresas parceiras, com o objetivo de atuar na RDC e transformar os projetos em ações concretas.
Presidida pelo senhor Théo Mbiye, CEO da Betina Services, essa reunião foi um momento excepcional, contando com as intervenções da Sra. Maria Beatriz Barbosa Borges, CEO da IMC; Zareli Alexsandro Aparecido, presidente da COOAAFRO-RO; Patrick Tshiswaka Mbaya, diretor-geral da IMC; Marcus Vinicius Ricci Lamounier, advogado consultor da COOAAFRO-RO; e Fabio Luchtemberg, engenheiro agrônomo da COOAAFRO-RO.
“Estamos muito satisfeitos com essa recepção, que marca uma nova era para a República Democrática do Congo, mas também, sobretudo, para nossas empresas, que agora irão colaborar juntas para o desenvolvimento deste país em áreas como agroindústria, educação, saneamento e muitas outras. Durante sua intervenção, Zareli Alexsandro Aparecido insistiu que existe a possibilidade de replicar o modelo brasileiro na RDC.
“Como os dois países possuem praticamente os mesmos climas, aquilo que é viável no Brasil também é viável na República Democrática do Congo. Por isso, acredito firmemente que, com vontade e alguns recursos, iremos contribuir para a transformação deste país com a colaboração da Betina. Transferências de tecnologia serão realizadas por meio das diferentes formações interdisciplinares que serão organizadas, especialmente em favor da juventude”, afirmou durante a reunião.
Ele também demonstrou que é possível gerar muitos recursos em Kinshasa por meio do saneamento urbano e da reciclagem de resíduos, apresentando uma demonstração técnica baseada em números.
Agradecendo à delegação brasileira em Kinshasa, o diretor-geral da Betina Services, Théo Mbiye, lembrou que o momento já não é mais de discursos. É necessário avançar para uma nova etapa, para que as mudanças possam ser percebidas concretamente através dos diferentes projetos que deverão ser realizados nos próximos meses.
“Isto é apenas uma primeira reunião. Continuo convencido de que caminharemos juntos e de que boas coisas estão à nossa frente”, concluiu após receber alguns símbolos representando a parceria entre as três empresas.

Therefore, I firmly believe that, with will and some resources, we will contribute to the transformation of this country with the collaboration of Betina. Technology transfers will be carried out through the different interdisciplinary training programs that will be organized, especially for the benefit of young people,” he stated during the meeting. He also demonstrated that it is possible to generate significant resources in Kinshasa through urban sanitation and waste recycling, presenting a technical demonstration based on numbers. Thanking the Brazilian delegation in Kinshasa, the Director-General of Betina Services, Théo Mbiye, reminded them that the time is no longer for speeches. It is necessary to move to a new stage, so that the changes can be concretely perceived through the different projects that should be carried out in the coming months. “This is just a first meeting. I remain convinced that we will move forward together and that good things are ahead of us,” he concluded after receiving some symbols representing the partnership between the three companies.
